RETURN POLICY

 

Each piece at An'era is Made to Order, hence, we do not accept returns on FINAL SALE items except for flaws in workmanship found with tags still intact to the item. 

  • In case of quality issues i.e defects in craftsmanship or material, we will replace your piece with a fresh one that is only if the items have tags still on and is unworn. The items are to be returned in original product packaging. 
  • Customized items are final and cannot be exchanged. In case of fitting issues, we offer a pick-up and drop service which will be chargeable henceforth. The item needs to be sent back to us after the first trial (without being worn/used) for alterations.
  • Items must have no visible signs of wear or use in any of the cases. 
  • Customers can only exchange the items that have not been used/worn by them within a time period of 3- 5 days of receiving.

We at An'era reserve the right to cancel all returns in case of non-adherence to the above-stated rules.
